Do you have good or bad experiences about customer service extended to you in one of the establishment located locally? Lets talk about how competitive customer service they have. What is good customer service?
Good customer service is the lifeblood of any business. You can offer promotions and slash prices to bring in as many new customers as you want, but unless you can get some of those customers to come back, your business won’t be profitable for long.
Good customer service is all about bringing customers back. And about sending them away happy – happy enough to pass positive feedback about your business along to others, who may then try the product or service you offer for themselves and in their turn become repeat customers. Do you have a positive feedback? What are you complaining about? To business establishment: “You will be judged by what you do, not what you say.”

CUSTOMER SERVICE – THUMBS DOWN!
RCBC Saving Bank, 176 Gen. Luna St.,Guitnang Bayan
I would like you to know about my experience doing business with RCBC. Sometime 2 years ago I withdraw money from my saving account. You have to get a number to be served which I did. Three tellers were present but only two are calling numbers. It is around 10:30 in the morning. I been sitting on the bench for an hour but my number has not been called. I have notice one teller on the right she is entertaining walk-in customer just come and go. I asked the lady besides me about my observation and she told me “the first teller was reserved for big-fish customers” That is a very bad example of customer service. I made a noise and complain verbally in front of the people. Marites Gabuten the Officer-In-Charge was present. I went to the New Account desk to close my account for discriminatory act practices. One of the staff came to me and took the withdrawal slip and gave me the cash and before I left she told me “next time I should go to her” what a special privilege. You know we don’t need a special privilege, what we need is a good customer service-treating all customer with respect “first come first serve basis” fair and simple. Following day I file a complaint about the incident at the head office in Makati do you think they get back to me – nada! As if nothing happened. If you have an account with RCBC you may want to observe, planning to open one go to their competitors. I transfer my account to another bank anyway. This incident happened awhile ago “may be” the customer service was change for the better if not shame on you Ms. Gabuten you need to take lesson about Customer Service.
