To prevent cluttering of threads and messages, it is better if only registered members of this forum board of Batang San Mateo can create new threads, post messages and/or replies. However, guests, of course, can still be able to view all topics and posts in this forum board.
Spam messages and bogus usernames which may lead to identity theft are also being avoided in this implementation.
